Enforcement Unit
In
January of 2002 the Bureau was split into two separate identities, the
Traffic Enforcement Unit (responsible for the Save-A-Life
program) and the Collision Reconstruction Unit.
Members of the Traffic Enforcement Unit perform strict and fair enforcement on our roadways to ensure the safe and orderly movement of traffic. In addition, these officers perform R.I.D.E. duties throughout the year. Each member of the Unit is trained in the use of speed detection devices including laser and radar.
